Students awarded for exceptional results.

Congratulations to Katie Rea (5th year) & Anna O’ Mahony (TY) who will be acknowledged by The Kemmy Business School at UL on March 8th for their outstanding performance in the Junior Cycle Business Studies exam. Both students obtained a Distinction (between 90-100%) in the state exam. Their exemplary work saw them join an elite cohort of only 3.3% of students who were awarded distinctions in Business Studies in 2022.

The event reinforces the important relationship between Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, and the region’s second-level students, their schools and their Business Studies teachers.

Well done girls on this fantastic achievement. We, at Scoil Phobail Sliabh Luachra, are all very proud of you both for your hard work and dedication.

The girls are pictured here with their Business Studies teacher Ms. Helen Reidy.
