This morning’s wellbeing week activity was for our Leaving Cert & LCA 2 students. With only a couple of weeks to go to the exams it was perfect timing to benefit from a yoga class which gave great tips on stretching and breathwork in the lead up to the exams. Many thanks to Holly and Ewelina from Navé Yoga who worked so well with each group and the staff who joined in. A really enjoyable wellbeing experience.
